WHO RUNS THE HAPPY PET SITTING SERVICE?
| The Happy Pet Sitting Service Ltd. is owned and operated by Mrs. Karen French. Karen's aim is to give pet owners living in the area within an approximately 12 mile radius of Congleton a compassionate and professional dog walking, pet sitting, Pet2Vet/pet taxi and home check service. A new dog home boarding service is also available to dog owners living anywhere in the South Cheshire/North Staffordshire area. |

Karen, who is originally from the South of England, moved to Congleton nearly six years ago and since then has loved living in Cheshire. Karen says "I have always been an avid pet lover, having over 35 years experience of looking after other people’s pets along with my own menageries! I’m absolutely crazy about animals and often find it hard to turn down the opportunity of looking after them." | |

Karen currently has a dog (Bandit), two cats - Sasha and Chester (Daisy was sadly taken from us on 26 February) and a guinea pig (Ginger) that she shares with daughter Gemma. "I love having my animals around me and I can safely say they are some of the most pampered pets in the North West, if not the UK!"
"My circumstances have recently changed and now I can pursue something I have always wanted to do, which is to look after animals for a living!"
Karen is a member of the National Association of Registered Petsitters (NARP), and holds the Pet Sitting Certificate, which she passed with credit after studying through The Animal Care College. Karen has also received Animal First Aid training through the College of Animal Welfare, Huntingdon.

Karen's son Mark has now joined The Happy Pet Sitting Service as Director of Pet Taxi Services. Mark's appointment comes after a several months dog walking and completion of a pet first aid course. |
