Who runs The Happy Pet Sitting Service?
CLIENT FEEDBACK
A Client Feedback Form is left after the completion of an assignment, or in the case of a long term arrangement like regular dog walking, after 2 - 3 weeks. We ask questions about the initial client meeting, how the services were performed/are being performed, whether or not the client would use The Happy Pet Sitting Service again and if the would recommend our services.
We encourage HONEST feedback as this is the best way to monitor and improve our service delivery. We thank the clients (and pets!) below for their words and pictures.

We have used Karen’s services several times to look after our dog Sammy when
we know we are all going to be out of the house for a long time and we can’t
take Sammy with us. Karen will come in once or twice during the day,
depending on how long we are away, and take Sammy out for a walk, play with
him and generally spoil him rotten. Karen has a natural empathy with
animals and Sammy took to her like a duck to water – well a dog really!
She is fully qualified as a ‘pet
sitter’.
We have known Karen for sometime and it is reassuring to know that she will
check things out whilst we are away – and we always look forward to getting
back and seeing her little report on how Sammy has been during her visit.
Karen is a very honest and reliable person and we would have no hesitation
it recommending anyone else to entrust their pets in her care.

Finding someone to look after rabbits
can be difficult as very few people are prepared to do the cleaning out.
With my two buns, I have the added complication that one requires medication
twice a day. Karen provides an excellent service that caters for all of these needs and because the animals are looked after in their own home, they are spared the unnecessary stress caused by car journeys to alternative carers. after my puppy Roxy. I use them twice a week. They inform me on how Roxy got
on every visit which is a great help in Roxy's development. She always seems

As new owners of a 10 week old
Newfoundland puppy ("challenging" springs to mind!), we are counting our
blessings that we found Karen and the Happy Pet Sitting Service! What we have found with Karen's service has exceeded our expectations! Not only do we have a reliable person who schedules her visits to suit our needs, and provides feedback on how our puppy has been or behaved whilst she has been there, we have found someone with the best possible attribute we could have ever asked for...we have found someone with a genuine, deep love of animals, someone who puts the animal's welfare as their highest priority, and is happy to look after, play with, and even socialise our puppy (and dare I say sometimes her owners too :-) We not only have someone who provides a dog-sitting service, but someone who we trust and can learn from...and from Flump the Puppy's perspective, she has found a brand new friend who she just loves to see (in fact 2 friends if we include Bandit, Karen's dog!) The pet sitting log is a fantastic
idea and gave us a good insight to what Alfie got up to while we were on
holiday. We also loved reading about Alfie's relationship that he built up
with Claire and his little swims. It gave us a great reassurance that he was
fine while we away. Our house sitter commented on how Alfie was quite pooped
after his walks with Claire. We are so glad we made the decision to use your
dog walking service and a huge thank you to both Claire and Karen who

It is very important for one in my
lofty position to have the best quality staff. I am very generous to my
staff and allow my butler and housekeeper plenty of time off - sometimes
even as long as a week or two. How am I able to do this? The answer is Happy
